These terms are between you and [your name or company, address, KvK number], the maker of ScreenPlayer.

Buying

ScreenPlayer costs €5.99, once, including VAT. Our reseller Lemon Squeezy runs the checkout and is the seller on your receipt. After you pay, you get a download link by email.

Refunds

If ScreenPlayer doesn't work on your PC, email us within 14 days of buying with your order number and we'll refund you in full.

Under EU law you can normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For a download, that right ends once you start the download and agree to this at checkout. Our refund promise above still applies.

Your licence

You may install ScreenPlayer on the computers you use yourself. Please don't share the installer or resell it.

Updates in version 1 are free.

Other services

ScreenPlayer works alongside music services such as YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud and Amazon Music. You need your own access to them, and their terms apply when you use them. ScreenPlayer is not affiliated with them. Lyrics come from LRCLIB, a community library, and may contain mistakes.

No guarantees

We work hard to make ScreenPlayer good, but we can't promise it works on every PC or with every player, or that outside services keep working the same way. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage. This doesn't limit your rights as a consumer.

Law

Dutch law applies. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law.
